Despite the extensive skill sets and potential contributions of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians as part of the CF care team, there often remains a challenge determining appropriate metrics to demonstrate and justify sustainability. Participants in this webinar will learn about different clinical pharmacy practice models in CF care, highlighting potential types of metrics and approaches to sustainability.

From this webinar, participants should be able to:

1. Describe roles and responsibilities of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in “traditional” and “non-traditional” clinical pharmacy practice models in CF care

2. Identify appropriate metrics to support justification and sustainability of clinical pharmacy practice models in CF care

3. Devise a plan to identify and measure specific metrics and in doing so, effectively communicate outcomes to justify and sustain clinical pharmacy services in a CF care center.
